e-Learning Health Care

To aid front line health care staff they are now able to register for free and take a number of e-Learning Health Care courses designed to offer essential advice and guidance.

In a partnership with Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS these sessions are aimed at general staff from domiciliary, community, residential and nursing homes employees. These new resources are provided to improve confidence and promote empowerment but also give staff a greater ability to intervene more effectively and to recognise early risk factors and signs of deterioration.

Three courses currently available now are: –eLearning Health Care


• The Nutritional and Hydration Needs of the Elderly Person
• Management of Incontinence and Urinary Catheters
• Infection Prevention and Control
