No. Duties Management is a Cortexa plugin, designed and built by us for organisations running many projects at the same time. It installs into your Totara site, so duties for every project, site and role sit in one register, and we maintain it as Totara and legislation move on.
What counts as a "duty" in the register?
Any statutory or legal responsibility tied to a role, from health and safety duties to sector-specific regulatory obligations, defined together with you during setup.
What happens when someone leaves a role?
Because duties are mapped to roles rather than individuals, ownership transfers automatically to whoever steps into the role next, with a full record of the hand-over.
How do you keep the register current when legislation changes?
Our Customer Success team reviews the register with you on a regular cycle, and named owners are alerted directly when a duty they hold is updated.
Can this sit alongside our compliance and competency records?
