Yes, we migrate learners, course content, completion history and reporting from Moodle, SCORM-based platforms and most commercial learning platforms. We scope the migration before anything moves, so you know what carries across.
A focused rollout typically runs a few months from kick-off to go-live; larger multi-tenant or heavily integrated programmes take longer. We give you a realistic plan at scoping, not an optimistic one.
You get a named Customer Success contact alongside our support desk, plus upgrades and ongoing platform advice. Response targets are agreed in your support agreement.

Our Products FAQ

Totara is an open-source learning platform made up of three parts: Totara Learn (courses, programmes and certification), Totara Engage (LXP, for social and self-directed learning) and Totara Perform (performance and appraisals). You can use one or all three.
BuildAI is Cortexa's AI course-creation tool, built to run inside Totara. It turns your existing material, including documents, policies, transcripts and decks, into a structured, ready-to-review course.
No. Your material stays within your Totara environment and is not used to train models outside your organisation. We can walk your IT or information-security team through the detail.
We host in the UK by default, and can discuss alternative regions where you have a specific requirement. We will share our hosting, backup and security documentation on request.
