Objective
Building on the success of the Bosch Home Appliances Academy, Bosch Power Tools required a managed learning environment in which to educate retailers and staff about new products and technologies.
Result
The Bosch Power Tools Academy allows access to 3 modules of managed, interactive learning currently. Branch and regional managers can also chart the progress of individuals across the organisation, and allocate additional learning materials as and when required remotely. Bosch Power Tools are also one of the first Academies to be brought online featuring a Learning Incentive System, rewarding users with branded merchandise for successful completion of modules.
