Buildbase Academy Expands to entire Grafton Merchanting GB Group

Building on the rapid growth of their online Academy, Grafton Merchanting GB have now expanded their network to include all Plumbase staff and introduced a range of new bespoke content for their sales staff.

In these currently tough economic conditions, maximising margin on every sale is vital. It is in tackling this issue that Grafton realised the most efficient way to attack the problem was to build upon their face to face training by developing online modules for Buildbase front line staff. Cortexa has demonstrated its unique knowledge of the sector by creating two highly interactive online modules covering handling enquiries and improving margin.

Built using Cortexa RED, the new Grafton modules are about to roll out across the entire network to all frontline staff, delivering the new selling skills training without the necessity for pulling staff out of work to head to training seminars.
